A Simple, Secure Process for Transforming Migration
From mass immigration to mass integration: The novel new approach to addressing worldwide mass immigration that creates a positive, concomitant socioeconomic impact for every person and every country.
Phase 1: Biometric Scans
The first phase involves collecting as many biomarkers on the immigrant as possible. The immigrant enters a kiosk that leverages AI to collect metrics and perform expansive biometric scanning. Biomarkers are collected via fingerprinting, retinal scanning, facial recognition, DNA, back-of-head recognition, and other methods.
All of this data is then uploaded and stored in the system, enabling the subsequent phases of this patent.
The second phase involves conducting a thorough background check on the immigrant. This check is done via a system that’s connected to several local, federal, and international agencies. These agencies include, but are not limited to, local and state police forces, the FBI, the CIA, the Department of Justice, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Defense, and Interpol.
Phase 2: In-Depth Background Checks
If the immigrant’s background check is clear, they are issued a digital identification card. This card is synced with the system that stores the immigrant’s biomarkers.
Phase 3: Digital Identification Cards
The fourth phase involves connecting immigrants with available work and job openings. The digital ID cards integrate with a safe hiring app that empowers the immigrant to create an account and provide their primary, secondary, and tertiary job skill set.
The immigrant can then use the app to get matched with available jobs that align with both their skill set and geographical preference (i.e., local work, national, or international). The immigrant can apply and get hired for jobs directly through the app, and the hirer can use their cell phone to scan and verify the immigrant via their stored biometrics linked to their digital ID card.
Phase 4: Finding Work Through Safe Hiring

It’s currently estimated that there are at least 300,000 million individuals mass migrating around the globe—but this estimate is likely much lower than the real number.
All around the world, mass migration terms like “illegal immigrants”, “illegal aliens”, and “asylum seekers” have negative connotations attached to them—connotations that carry a real impact. When countries view migrating individuals as security risks and socioeconomic debt, they detract from these individuals’ sense of self-worth.
This patent is the technological pathway to a positive, beneficial impact for both receiving country governments and the immigrants themselves.
